About the Speaker

Beth Nanson is a Registered Dietitian (RD) from the Sunshine Coast, BC. She received her Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Health (Honours, Major in Dietetics) from the University of British Columbia. She works with multiple clinics and runs a successful private practice specializing in gut health and gastrointestinal disorders. She has partnered with various companies to produce social media content, articles, and presentations. Beth is known for her keen interest and expertise in digestive health and has helped countless clients get symptom relief! You can follow her on Instagram @gut.ibs.dietitian 

Outside of work, you can find her spending time with friends & family, eating peanut butter out of the jar, and training for the next sporting event.
