Learning Objectives

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify how travel, stress, and routine disruptions impact gut motility and contribute to constipation.
  2. Recognize early signs of constipation disruption and apply proactive, evidence-informed strategies (including hydration, fibre timing, movement, and meal patterns) to maintain regularity while travelling.
  3. Develop a personalized pre-travel plan to support digestive consistency and reduce the risk of constipation-related symptoms.

Did you know your gut runs on a daily rhythm?
