Il a ensuite compl\u00e9t\u00e9 sa r\u00e9sidence en m\u00e9decine interne et en gastroent\u00e9rologie, suivie d&#8217;une bourse de recherche en \u00e9chographie endoscopique et en endoscopie th\u00e9rapeutique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est gastro-ent\u00e9rologue praticien au Centre universitaire de sant\u00e9 McGill depuis 2004, o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 directeur du programme EUS et ERCP de 2005 \u00e0 2015 et directeur de l&#8217;endoscopie de 2015 \u00e0 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Dr Waschke est ensuite devenu membre du Centre d&#8217;\u00e9ducation m\u00e9dicale apr\u00e8s avoir termin\u00e9 le programme d&#8217;enseignement universitaire \u00e0 l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 McGill et les cours d&#8217;une ma\u00eetrise en psychologie de l&#8217;\u00e9ducation. Il si\u00e8ge \u00e0 plusieurs comit\u00e9s d&#8217;\u00e9ducation, notamment avec l&#8217;American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE) et l&#8217;Association canadienne de gastroent\u00e9rologie (CAG), ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 le vice-pr\u00e9sident des affaires \u00e9ducatives de l&#8217;ACG de 2013 \u00e0 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Dr Waschke a \u00e9t\u00e9 un chef de file dans la conception, la mise en \u0153uvre et la gestion de programmes de formation innovants en endoscopie, notamment le programme CAG Skills Enhancement in Endoscopy (SEE) et le programme ASGE Skills, Training, Assessment and Reinforcement (STAR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il a re\u00e7u de nombreux prix pour l&#8217;\u00e9ducation, y compris un certificat de m\u00e9rite de l&#8217;Association canadienne d&#8217;\u00e9ducation m\u00e9dicale (2013), un prix de jeune \u00e9ducateur de l&#8217;ACG (2013) et des prix de l&#8217;innovation des fournisseurs accr\u00e9dit\u00e9s du Coll\u00e8ge royal du Canada (2012 et 2016). Il est actuellement pr\u00e9sident \u00e9lu de l&#8217;Association canadienne de gastroent\u00e9rologie et membre du conseil d&#8217;administration de la Fondation canadienne de la sant\u00e9 digestive (CDHF). David Armstrong a des int\u00e9r\u00eats de recherche sur les maladies gastro-intestinales sup\u00e9rieures, la nutrition, l&#8217;\u00e9ducation et l&#8217;audit de la pratique\u00a0; il est chercheur principal pour un certain nombre d&#8217;\u00e9tudes multicentriques sur la dyspepsie et le reflux gastro-\u0153sophagien avec plus de 120 publications \u00e9valu\u00e9es par des pairs, 70 articles invit\u00e9s et 200 pr\u00e9sentations \u00e9valu\u00e9es par des pairs dans des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s savantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 chef du service clinique de gastroent\u00e9rologie (2000-2007) et ancien pr\u00e9sident de la HHS Medical Staff Association (2005-7), membre du groupe de travail international sur la classification de l&#8217;\u0153sophagite (IWGCO\u00a0; 1994-pr\u00e9sent), membre du comit\u00e9 organisateur des cours annuels de formation postdoctorale des boursiers canadiens en gastroent\u00e9rologie de l&#8217;ACG\/LCAP (1996-2007), pr\u00e9sident du comit\u00e9 d&#8217;endoscopie de l&#8217;ACG et participant aux conf\u00e9rences canadiennes de consensus sur la prise en charge du reflux gastro-oesophagien (1996 et 2004 ), Helicobacter pylori-related diseases (1998) et Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding (2002), le consensus latino-am\u00e9ricain sur le reflux gastro-oesophagien (2005) et le Groupe de travail sur la d\u00e9finition et la classification du RGO de Montr\u00e9al.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En tant que pr\u00e9sident du comit\u00e9 d&#8217;endoscopie de l&#8217;ACG, il a supervis\u00e9 la r\u00e9cente s\u00e9rie de lignes directrices canadiennes sur l&#8217;accr\u00e9ditation en endoscopie gastro-intestinale; il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 membre du groupe d&#8217;experts sur les normes de coloscopie d&#8217;Action Cancer Ontario (2007).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cdhf.ca\/fr\/a-propos-du-cdhf\/who-we-are\/#board\">Retour \u00e0 Conseil d&#8217;administration du CDHF<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le Dr Kevin Waschke a obtenu son dipl\u00f4me en m\u00e9decine de l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 McGill.
