Nature’s Bounty IBgard® is a natural health product that contains the medicinal ingredient Peppermint Oil, standardized for l-menthol content, clinically shown to help relieve symptoms of IBS, including abdominal pain & discomfort, bloating, and urgency of bowel movement. You do not require a prescription for Nature’s Bounty IBgard®.
Nature’s Bounty IBgard® should be taken as directed on the label. Nature’s Bounty IBgard® is intended for adult use (18 years of age and older). For Daily Digestive Support the recommended dosage is two (2) capsules once daily, 30-90 minutes before a meal, with approximately 240 mL (1 cup) of water.
