Tips for Decoding Gut Health Trends
- Ask the question: Is there research that supports this information? Is it current or outdated?
- Finding Scientific Evidence: Shania’s recommendation: ScholarAI Plug-In, a plugin on ChatGPT 4 to find accurate evidence. Choose the plugin from the GPT store, to find evidence-based articles on any topic you wish. For example, search ‘show me the most cited articles on probiotics for gut health in adults.’
